The property seemed fairly clean and the room was newly remodelled and fairly quiet. Very helpful staff and the location was exceptionally nice. Besides, it was great to be 25 mins walk from Zamzam Well.

The food was fresh with plenty of options, and the location was conveniently close to restaurants and other attractions.

It was refreshing to find a Campanile ( and we stayed at five during our trip to France) where we could enjoy an evening meal outside in comfort. However, apart from our experience at Campanile Saintes (see other review) we found all the restaurant facilities at the Campaniles very good.

Noise of passing lorries early in the morning. Thin towels didn't like hand wash made hands feel very dry,happy to bring own in future.

There was no elevator in the hotel, which made it difficult to carry luggage up and down. the lack of air conditioning in the rooms was a major downside, especially during the hot weather.
